    Absolutely superb service. We purchased a premium pool robot which we then took abroad to a small Greek island. Unfortunately the unit developed a fault, and required a visit back to the retailer. Jon went far above what was required with practical and pragmatic assistance to help me get the defective part back to the shop, 1500 miles away from the dead robot, where it was replaced under warranty with no quibble or argument. This is what I want from a small business - flexible, personal service and a willingness to adapt the normal procedure to help your customer, and Pool Supplies went above and beyond to deliver exactly that. I can’t recommend them enough, if they’d only open a branch in corfu I would buy all my pool supplies from them. Thanks Jon and Alan, superb service.
