Some of the BEST customer experience (remotely) I have ever had. After seeing a dream watch on the website and making a call, Zara and Kirsty were so quick to help an answer any questions. Being over half the country away made is difficult to see the watch in person, but within an hour i had multiple pictures of the watch sent to me so I could see its condition etc. The watch then arrived the following day after transferring the funds, as mentioned, one of the easiest and best purchases online. Will be returning for sure, and hopefully making the trip to visit in the future! Thanks again guys, incredible service :)
