i visited the shop to enquire about purchasing an upgraded keyboard & an electro acoustic guitar for my son but i found that the older gentleman was very rude and dismissive a friend of mine had visited the shop a few months prior to me to also purchase an acoustic and found the older gentleman to be very rude and condescending when asked a couple of questions about which instrument would be a good fit for him it totally put him off buying from this shop and so he went to gough & davy and found the people there so much more helpful and friendly they took there time explaining when asked questions.. We both bought quite expensive guitars and a keyboard from GOUGH & DAVY i would strongly recommend NOT and i MEAN NOT GOING TO MICHEAL LAWRENCE MUSIC STORE....if you do go to the MICHEAL LAWRENCE MUSIC STORE expect to be BELITTLED and DISMISSED IF YOU DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE INSTRUMENT YOU ARE EQUIREING ABOUT...... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM THE OLDER "GENTLEMAN" (grey haired with glasses) he's NOT A NICE MAN AT ALL...
