The staff, while young, are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they defer to team members who may know. This is a very positive trait. Store is not as tidy as others, but its clear the staff have a passion for the animals within and are thorough with their care. I have purchased my first tortoise there and will continue to get my supplies from them. Some of the snakes are stunning. Been several times. Shop always maintained to good level of cleanliness and there is no bad smell from the reptiles, which shows me that they are cleaned out regularly.

Came across this gem of a pet shop by accident and so pleased that we did! Items that I usually get from a much larger supplier are available in this store at a much reduced price. Also, the young lady that runs the shop is obviously passionate about animals and extremely knowledgeable. Please pop in and support this wonderful independent pet shop.

I originally went in on Sunday 12th of March to enquire about a leopard gecko and the set up and pricing . Mike was so knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed and set my mind at ease a little bit more about snakes aswell. Visited again today March 19th and was seen by a lovely lady who I think is Mike's partner she was tremendous friendly and extremely knowledgeable and sorted my set up to get my gecko and also installed light and heater into the vivarium for me which I thought was above and beyond and gave me lots of great tips and also went with me to reserve my gecko!. Would highly recommend this place to anyone as they are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and care about the welfare of all their reptils and animals from fish up to the caiman. Can't wait to pick up my juvenile gecko on Saturday
