I did a Wowcher of 6 session of full body laser hair removal with Naheed. As a black woman it can be hard to find people want to do laser on our skin as some people don’t have the right machines to do our skin tone (although it has gotten much much easier than years ago) and some don’t believe it’s as lucrative to do our skin tone. Naheed was amazing and always informative - she would tell me about all about how lasers work and how many sessions for it to be very effective. I was always aware of what was being done and was always told to let her know if she needs to stop and start. Naheed always makes sure you are comfortable and informed. And oh my goodness the difference these sessions have made in my hair growth is life changing frankly - I have five hairs left collectively on my full legs! So if you are of a darker skin tone, please don’t be afraid to get laser and this is a great place to get it !

I have had two rounds of very painful laser hair removal at other salons and had hardly any hair reduction. I came to Naheed here and was very nervous about how much it would hurt. But Naheed not only put me at ease with how well educated she is on the science behind laser hair removal - as well as explaining it to me in a way I understand - but the machine she uses is practically painless!! I couldn't believe how little it hurt. What's more is I had almost 80% of my hair gone after just one session!!! The results are phenomenal, I can't believe I wasted so much time and money at other salons that hurt so much! I should have come straight to Naheed! Naheed really cares about her clients, she makes sure you are completely safe, and takes so much pride in her work. I'm so happy with the results after two sessions and I can't wait to see the final results. I have told all my work colleagues and friends to come here! Highly recommend! Service: Laser hair removal

I’ve been doing laser hair removal at this salon for a while now. I’ve paid over £2000 so I have been a good client for over a year. Unfortunately I missed two appointments due to health emergency and I was denied to reschedule them. This is a joke! For a client that has paid a lot of money I would’ve expected better treatment and customer care. The manager didn’t even care to meet with me regarding this too. Service: Laser hair removal

Had initially discovered this place from a Wowcher deal for laser hair removal which was great. Of note, the deal was supposedly for ‘full body’ however it’s not. It was only for 4 areas and any additionally requested areas were at an extortionate price. However, looked passed it. After my 6 sessions had ended I asked if I can repurchase the Wowcher deal and I was told no. Fair. I then tried to book the laser online via the website or just see prices (nothing listed) and found them on Treatwell with a deal for 6 session. No where was it stated that this is ‘for new customers only’. Two months after I booked the app and paid for it completely, I get a call from the laser therapist practically telling me off that I didn’t listen to her previously and that I am not eligible for this deal as I have already previously used a Wowcher deal. Extremely unprofessional and all they want to do is impose these stupid rules to ensure you end up paying more one way or another. STAY AWAY! Service: Laser hair removal

I had such an amazing experience! I booked a Wowcher deal and was honestly shocked by the brilliant treatment I received. Debbie was an absolute delight she’s been a hairdresser for over 45 years and it truly shows. Probably the best haircut and colour I’ve ever received. She matched the highlights I already had and blended it beautifully. All the ladies there were lovely. Please go and visit this salon!
