These were affordable and very friendly and helpful during the survey. I did find that things were missed once we moved into the property though. Despite the previous tenants not allowing the surveyor to look everywhere they wanted, I still found that a lot of things that were missed that could be seen without looking behind boxes or pulling up floorboards or even looking behind posters. This house has therefore cost a lot more to 'do up' than I ever thought it would. It is also taking longer than I realised to have the house fixed and sorted.
