Visited to get an item copied in sliver. Told I would be called with estimate in 5-10 working days. 11 working days later a phone message was left - NO information on the quote was given. I emailed asking about the quote "you'll have to call us back to get the quote". Visited store to get my item back - won't be spending any of my money with you...EVER.

After going to a Wedding fair we were dazzled by the beautiful rings which were on display, We booked an appointment for a few weeks later at the Store, We picked our wedding rings back in March and they were ready to collect in August, They we’re kind enough to keep them for us and we collected them on Saturday (just gone) They are absolutely beautiful and cannot wait to get married in January and wear these beautiful rings on our fingers for the rest of our lives. Our experience with Michael was amazing, The girls at the wedding fair were both ready to answer any questions we had, We only went to the wedding fair on this particular day on a whim as our plans had changed, We’re both so glad we did.
