The property report was done well and with quick turnaround. My only complaint is that the pdf came encoded - can't copy the text - had to quote particular concerns to the counterparty by fully typing them out; also couldn't search the text by code word to make sure I didn't miss something important in a lengthy document. Thank you for providing the service. UPD: the pdf encryption is apparently a RICS requirement. If you run into the same issue, please ask Jonathan for help and he will be able to assist.

We received a great service from Michael Charles (particularly Jonathan, the surveyor who worked with us). They fitted us in on really short notice and managed to do our survey within a matter of days. They provided the report within 48 hours. The report was very thorough, detailed and well-written. I had a number of follow up queries (including requests for recommendations for structural engineers) which they helped with and provided advice beyond the survey. Very helpful, professional, responsive and great to work with. We had a number of surveys done in the past but this was by far the best - great report, lovely surveyor, quick, efficient, couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Jonathan!

They were amazing! We needed to find a surveyor on a very short notice and we’ve been trying to find one for hours. Nobody was available before 3 weeks a least and for a huge rate, but when we called Michael Charles Surveyors, they booked us for the same week and we received our report 2 days later. Very professional and quick! We Would recommend them to everyone!
