I haven't dealt with the gold buying or jewellery supplies sides of the business; this review relates to my experience dealing with Charles Bloomstein when buying a ring as a birthday present for my partner. I have no connection with the business or owner, other than as a customer. I saw the ring advertised through their Knuckerbling site, called the shop and agreed a price. The ring needed re-sizing, Charles offered to do this free of charge. My partner wanted some modifications carried out on the band, this was carried out, without fuss, at a fair cost. My partner was delighted with the result. A year later, my partner was heartbroken to find that there was a diamond missing. I emailed Charles, drove down to Brighton and dropped the ring at the shop. A few days later, we collected the ring: not just repaired, but cleaned and polished. The lovely lady we spoke to then told us that the repair was free of charge. Apologies to her from Karen for less than fulsome thanks - difficult whilst choked and welling-up. Everyone at the shop we dealt with has been friendly, happy and helpful. The service, in every way, we received from Charles has been an example of how business can and should be done. I cannot praise them too highly.
