Following on from previous reviews, I wasn’t going to pass comment but I feel as though I must. Only one word springs to mind here, atrocious. This is a word I feel best suits the treatment of the long term residents. I agree with Stephen, the flats look tired, half the letters that spell ‘’ Michael Blanning ” have fallen off the entrance of the building, making it appear dreary and disheveled, however this is in keeping with the lack of warmth throughout the flats and bungalows seeing as there are no carpets. I hope that my review, like others is seen, as it is cruel to put all of this stress on pensioners. I would NOT recommend These flats to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

There a lot of restrictions and it's looking very tired , the rent is quite good value for the area. And heating is included in the rent. I would say if you are quite elderly and like to sleep a lot this place is ideal.
