I’m sorry my review cannot be more positive but my offer was accepted in writing and then after an embarrassing second viewing asking the owner a hundred questions I was told there was a 3 rd party now of which I had not been informed. This is poor practice and was told” nothing guaranteed until exchange of contracts” A week wasted and then rejected so a bad experience!
