We have worked with Miasto since 2020 and would thoroughly recommend them. We receive funds from them promptly with out problems, any issues are dealt with very quickly including out of hours issues, and communication with them is quick and easy. Definitely feel our properties are safe in their hands and well looked after.

Very clean and tidy, lovely size bedrooms and small but fairly well equipped kitchen, great double glazing, very quiet even though on main road. Had all we needed, great for visiting family studying at local uni with easy access to city centre

Flat was filthy when I arrived to check in. There were fruit flies around the sink and bin area (overflowing with trash) No spare linen to change the beds and no spare towels. We left our bags there and stayed with friends. Customer service is at a level of zero. Martyna is rude, abrupt and very condescending.

This is by far the most unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a week of accommodation hosted by Miasto Property Services via booking.com. This is what I encountered: 1. I enquired about early check in but was turned down. Fair enough. 2. I booked around 10am on a Saturday with the presumption that the apartment is situated in Didsbury. However it was misleading advertising as the apartment was actually located in Harpurhey. 3. After realising this location would not work, I contacted Miasto Property Services around 2 pm ie. 4 hours after making the booking. 4. I then encountered the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was guy rude and unhelpful, but also had a very demeaning tone. He asked me questions like "where I am from, why did we come to manchester, and what work I did for a living". 5. They did NOT offer me a full refund. After painful discussions, they only offered a refund for only 2 nights whilst we had paid for 7 nights. 6. In my mind, these seem like greedy and inconsiderate people only cared about money, and I would never recommend doing any kind of business with them.

I stayed in one of the studios longer than expected but it was super comfortable and had everything that I needed in one room. Keiran and Martyna helped me during a difficult time, they went above and beyond to find me a property during the pandemic so that I could continue working. I can not express how grateful I am, the service was amazing! Best of luck in the future 👍
