Well what can I say an amazing team with quality products. I spent quite a bit of time getting detailed questions on functionality and insulation answered by both Cameron and Jordon before deciding which hot tub would suit best. Nothing was too much trouble. Clear advice and answers provided and above all there was no pressure selling whatsoever. Delivery day was smooth. The guys were here before the crane. Perfect timing. All worked well together to get it over the fence to final destination. Set up was straight forward but wow just wow when the packaging came off I was so thrilled with the quality and choice I had made. It really is a thing of beauty and style to be treasured. Getting to grips with chemicals was also straight forward using all the information provided. I only had one question after regarding how many filtration cycles would be appropriate which Cameron answered post delivery. The spa bar is absolutely perfect in the tub too gives a real fun vibe and soo pretty. I Honestly can’t thank you all enough I love it and a great experience buying from Miami from beginning to end.

After looking at numerous hot tubs and companies, we decided on the Mandalay Bay model and Miami spas. Cameron was brilliant in answering all our questions and queries and the whole process from ordering to delivery was a breeze. The delivery team were so helpful as the location of the spa wasn't straightforward. I would highly recommend Miami Spas. Our hot tub is fantastic, we love it!
