This is the probably the worst nail salon in London. I have never been treated so poorly. After being a regular customer for months, they were unable to honor that I made a mistake booking my appointment and charged me for a service that I did not receive (an expensive service). After talking with the manager and trying to reason with him he insulted me in multiple ways. When I asked him, why instead of charging me and marking me as a no show, he did not call me (they have both my phone number and email) and asked if I was going to make it. He responded by saying “why would I call you when I get to sit down do nothing and then proceed to charge you anyways.” He proceeded to say that my mistakes were not his problem and that he did not care if I returned or not. The man was very unreasonable and disrespectful. Would not recommend Mia Salon to anyone. Take your money where they treat you with respect. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
