    This service is now unreliable. You cannot speak to an operator now. It seems to assume you want a taxi straight away. Without direct contact you cannot say for example book for the airport tomorrow. Or if you want to find out how soon it will be, you cannot. In our case we missed our train. Had we known time of arrival we could have made an alternative decision on our Jourmey. Taxi drivers are friendly, nice clean car. No good if your taxi service makes you miss a train!

    Taxi booked for 8:30am when they knew it is busy time. They took the booking anyway taxi was dispatched from other side of town that time without a chance to make it in time. Operators are a joke that is 3rd time they haven t dispatched in time. Won't use again. I had to use uber last minute and kids were late to school I was late to work. Complete waste of my time.
