    Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed in his prognosis. I went thinking I needed a wax clean but didn't need it! This led to more tests and finding hearing loss in my right ear. After discussing some other ENT symptoms I suffer with, Michael completed a letter and sent it to my surgery (the same day) recommeing a referral to ENT. I am so grateful that Michael knew more than just ear problems but what other conditions they can lead to. Just knowing that my hearing concerns, my balance, my headaches, and vision could be linked, and hopefully to a diagnosis and treatment plan, is money well spent. Thank you Michael
