I would highly recommend getting treatments from Christie! She is attentive, approachable and is effective with treatment. I had multiple sessions with Christie and the level of pain and discomfort evidently reduces after every session. I was very well informed throughout the session(s), with a better understanding of what is causing the pain and other relevant causes/areas which may trigger the pain points. Christie communicates and shares exercises to support my recovery journey and I have referred multiple people to Christie since.

I took my two year old to see Poonam for help with constipation. He has suffered with his bowels since he was born. I was worried he wouldn’t let her treat him as he gets quite anxious. However, Poonam was amazing and he warmed to her and felt very comfortable. He still remembers her and refers to her as ‘nice lady’. The treatment worked really well and we noticed a huge difference without giving him any medication. He is also a much happier 2 year old after suffering most his life. Poonam is professional, made it really easy to communicate with her and gave some great follow up advice.

Poonam was absolutely wonderful. Our newborn had terrible reflux and was struggling to put on weight. The GP's only suggestion was Gaviscon, which made absolutely no difference. After the first session with Poonam, we saw a massive reduction in vomiting and by session 3 he was like a completely different baby. She was so kind and gentle with him, and gave us lots of helpful advice and guidance; everything she said just made sense to us. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
