Extremely unhelpful and impossible to get hold of when I was trying to enquire about shared ownership, I'm actually thankful I didn't get involved with them after reading reviews it proves how useless they are! How they have any business is beyond me.

MHS Homes are by far the worst landlord around AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to live with rats, damp and mold growing. They never maintain their buildings and are in such bad state of disrepair. They just dint care at all! The gutters are blocked an have been for yesrs now. This is causing damp an mold due to standing water. They have failed so many promises to fix it. Even emergency repairs are not done and you have to shout scream and make threats to go to Kent online to just get the most basics of repairs done. They may offer compensation £50 butbthey just leave the mold and damp they don't clear the gutters which is actually causing the damp and mold. (Common sense) And yes it is the same landlords MHS Homes that were all over the news only a week ago due to poor disrepair of their building and problems rats and mold. Maybe before you start building even more poor substandard homes you might actually want to try looking after and fixing what you already have. I'm so disappointed MHS Homes they are truly the worse, I've made so many complaints all upheld yet still nothing done. I'm still living with damp and mold poor repairs and such a lack of communications they NEVER call back NEVER. Now I'm speaking to Kent online again and genuinely thinking of using a no win no fee solicitor to try and get these repairs done. As I genuinely think the only way to get repairs done is if it starts costing them money for disrepair claims made and won. You have been warned!!! UPDATE TO REPLY LEFT BY MHS HOMES HOW ON EARTH IS IT YOU CAN REPLY TO THIS BAD REVIEW THE VERY SAME DAY, YET NOT ONCE HAVE YOU REPLIED TO MY 50+ EMAIL SENT IN THE LAST YEAR MAYBE YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR INBOXES !!!!!!!! Also why have policies in place which you take the time to write and place online yet you don't ever follow them yourselves??? Funny that!!! If you can't get a reply from MHS just leave them a bad review as they are far better at replying to the growing number of these. It looks like there is a pattern here. Or check social media or the local news as I'm not the only one by far so please don't take my word for it! Just search MHS homes, rats, infestation, dangerous repairs, or lack of them! Kent online or itv, Kent live. Now instructing a no win no fee solicitor to make a claim for disrepair.
