    I’ve been training with Max for the past 12 weeks as well as attending two small group sessions per week at MHR Fitness. After trying for many years with different types of exercise and weight loss programmes, I can finally say that I have dropped a dress size along with 4 inches from my waist.     *6 month update* I'm still attending and loving MHR. They have kept me motivated while the gym is closed through zoom sessions, if anything I'm actually doing more exercise than ever before! Exercise is a priority for my weekly schedule because I enjoy it now. I have lost 24 lbs so far, down almost 2 dress sizes, I sleep better and my resting heart rate had dropped massively. So glad I joined, worth every penny! I recently joined MHR fitness and I attend 2 small group pt sessions a week. Every session is made to be fun, it never feels like an hour session and the trainer and the ladies that attend are so friendly and welcoming. I'm finding that since I have allocated sessions each week, I am putting a better focus on exercise. Every session works my full body and helps push me to work harder. I've already seen an improvement in myself, and I hope by the time I have my goal check in the scales will reflect it too!

    I walked into my first all female small group personal training session 10 months ago and I've never looked back. Together with a sensible diet I've lost 4 stone, got my old confidence back, made some great friends and loved (nearly) every session I've done since. From virtual sessions during lockdown to outdoor sessions, to our current socially distanced sessions, everything is well thought out and well planned. The trainers are lovely - fun, professional, non-judgemental, and always push you to be your best. I'd even go as far as to say they've made me fall in love with exercise again. Not as much as chocolate and wine but a close second. Highly recommended. A+++++++
