Works currently happening on the building. Went to the receptionist for Dermatology Appointment. I was told to go upstairs. Upstairs the lady laughed and told me to go downstairs as theres never been a dermatology clinic upstairs. Come downstairs and been waiting for so long. The lady who came to check who’s waiting for a dermatology appointment actually saw us but spoke to the the white lady and took her in without checking with us what time the appointment is. Been waiting for this appointment for 3 years…not something I was expecting

Please do not enrol here. Absolutely no parking spaces and double yellow lines nearby. They keep on expanding without due care for nearby residents. And their eye clinic??? Left me nearly blind - A long story for another time. avoid, Avoid, AVOID.

You can't get an appointment. If you call at 8 in the morning,they say all appointments are taken ,if you want to book in advance they can't give you either🤦. Some doctors seems like they have no qualifications,they don't know what they are talking. The practise manager really needs to look in to these matters!
