From the first enquiry I made to store my caravan, Matt has been nothing but excellent with his friendly & helpful manner. He came and collected my caravan from where it was originally and transported it to the storage compound at no cost. It was extremely safe & secure at the compound with a personal key card for me to use. The site is so easy to get to and dead handy for the M5 and South West area. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. You won't find better service anywhere else :)

We're heartbroken to report that our high value caravan had been stolen from MHC Storage in June 2021. Unfortunately it took MHC 10 days to inform us, whereas had it been 24 hours or less we would have maybe had a chance to work with the Police to search however 10 days means our caravan is long gone! We've unfortunately since learnt through others that a number of caravans have been broken into in recent times. Again unfortunately our insurance cover does not cover the worth of the caravan because we are in unprecedented times whereby Caravans have increased in value rather than decreased in value, so we are left without the caravan we worked very hard to get, our children's memories, our home from home and our future holidays, we are gutted to say the least. The site does have CCTV however it didn't stretch to the top field where our caravan was stored, the Police closed the case on the basis that they could not obtain a face or number plate - had the CCTV been in closer proximity those images may have been captured and therefore the Police would have investigated. Unfortunately since the owner of the facility has been pretty unpleasant with regards to returning the key card which has caused even further stress. So my advice if using this storage facility is be warned, the site backs onto fields that lead to the main road, the remote (no one is based on site) CCTV is clearly also not manned because if it had been they would have picked up at 6pm daylight our caravan being driven out across a field or saw that they was a cut up caravan cover in our space where our caravan once was....therefore not has 'secure' as we had thought or hoped. I hope others find this useful.
