Dear Nikki, I would like to thank you, Ann,Victoria, and carers who were responsible for looking after my wife during her stay at your care home. The way you run this facility is a credit to you, as it is not an easy job to do and keep a first class service 24 seven. My wife was kept in a very clean and comfortable condition every time I saw her. Your video call service was also very well organised and was never a problem which is also a credit to the young lady who was responsible for it. I am sorry for the delay of my thanks but due to my circumstances at the time every thing seemed to run away with me. Once again thank you very much for your kindness and care of my wife Evelyn. Yours sincerely, Mr Roland Sutcliffe.

My mother has lived at Willesden Court for four years. I chose it for her as it had the most friendly, homelike ambiance about it. In four years this hasn’t changed. They are now extended family for my Mum. I know that she is being cared for, that she is content, and that she is safe, especially in these COVID times. They’ve worked hard and sacrificed time with their own families to ensure my Mum and her fellow residents are as safe as possible, and for that I thank them wholeheartedly.

I was visiting a friend there , was shocked to hear some things. The staff come with the menu only if the resident has visitors; shower once a week , some cares are not caring at all, the “semi mobile “ resident was not taken outside of his ROOM in 2 weeks ( not in the garden, not in the longe ); the cares we’re walking down the corridor with soiled bedsheets and gloves on- which is a major infection control issue ; and a few more things that don’t come to mind. Very very disappointed in this place ! Happy to know my friend will leave the place soon! Would give ZERO STARS if I could
