Everyone in this company deserves a 5 star rating. Elaine responded so quickly to my initial enquiry about a boiler installation and was so understanding. Everything moved so quickly. Martyn was very knowledgeable when he came to assess the job and he put me at my ease. Stefan visited before the installation to double check everything and then to top it all he gave up his Bank Holiday to install the boiler!! From initial enquiry to completion in less than a week is an amazing feat. Communication was outstanding with regular text messages updating me about arrival times and other useful information. I had a old boiler removed from kitchen and install a new combi boiler in the loft, and upgrade the old TRV on every radiator. Specially thanks Elaine to help to arrange the earliest schedule so the works can be done before my baby delivered. Staff are friendly, arrive on time, work finished in high standard. Cleaning and remove any rubbish after job done. I have recommended MH heating to our friend and they got such great experience too. Highly recommend.
