5* moving company. Initial contact was via their website as a recommendation. They replied to me via email and also via whatsapp so an easy place to go to and ask any questions - which i had many! On the day the movers were on time, polite, fast and efficient. There were restrictions on parking due to a main road but they made it work without disturbance. We were downsizing from a four-bed house in Kew to a two-bed flat in Chiswick and we engaged MGR Removals to do all the packing and wrapping and then move us to our new home. We could not have been happier with the service we got. At the start of the process, we didn't know until the very last minute when or even whether Completion would take place, but MGR were patient and understanding. The packing stage the day before the move was fast, careful and highly efficient, as was the move itself. Furniture that we were afraid wouldn't fit through narrow doorways was expertly manoeuvred and re-assembled and the huge number of boxes was distributed exactly where we wanted, with no breakages whatsoever. The MGR removal men were friendly, helpful and extremely polite and what we had feared would be a very stressful operation was remarkably smooth and stress-free. In short, we would highly recommend MGR Removals and would like to thank all the staff who were involved for their hard work and their conscientious approach. Many thanks!
