I recently bought a workbench with backboard for my outdoor kitchen and couldn't be happier with it. Delivery was quick but when it arrived the top had been damaged in transit. Before I even had a chance to say anything the driver had contacted MGTP who apologised and said a new one would be sent out the following day, which it was. There was an issue with the 2nd delivery as the courier didn't deliver it the day they said they would but it wasn't a problem, just a day's delay. We put the workbench together last weekend and this is a seriously solid bit of kit! Everything fitted together easily and it's absolutely perfect for what I need it for.

We bought a log store from MG Timber last week. It arrived within 5 days, the driver was friendly and helpful. The wood store itself is really high quality, and the instructions for putting it together were straightforward. Looks excellent and gives the house curb appeal. The customer service has been excellent, Matthew and the team have been really helpful. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough!

I recently bought workbench from MG Products which was self assembly ( but, i must state that it was minimal). I had a problem with the worktop so I emailed the company, and the response was immediate, I couldn't have been happier, a replacement was sent, but the difference was that they had fully assembled the bench for me. Communications was excellent. Ten out of ten for customer service.

Fantastic picnic table! Firstly, it was delivered exactly when they said it would be, and was easy to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised to find the legs, table top and seat supports were all bolted together, not screwed. This, together with the 45mm planks makes an incredibly sturdy table. I've treated it with 2 coats of clear wood preserver and 2 coats of furniture oil. Very impressed, and it's nice to get something that exceeds all expectations.
