    And the award for worse customer service, with clueless indivduals, that have no clue on how to provide customer service, goes to MG! The staff are not rude, however, neither are they competant, it's like taking to a back street aftermarket people with no understanding of how car customer service works. I have counless asked for a car specification of the orginial build, ask for time scales on orders, but all I get is a juvenile reply.

    Appalling Customer Service MG. I've had a MGZS for over 2 years and recently purchased the MG4 at the end of last year. Received a letter for a product safety recall, phoned MG garage to book it in and they want to charge me £20 for a courtesy car plus £1350 excess charge if it gets damaged.!!! New initiative from MG, really??? So everytime it needs to go into the garage and I can't afford to wait 5 hours for them to attend to it because I work. This is what they will be charging customers in the future. DISGUSTING, APPALLED.

    Bought MGZS 2 years ago, was told it would do 200 miles on one charge, it never has,only ever achieving 160 ish but quite happy with that. However it’s now down to less than 100 miles and all I get from MG customer services is “you need to change driving style, it’s too cold, you need to charge it on a rapid charger, etc” It’s been in 4 times to main dealer they say nothing wrong but nobody is prepared to look at the pictures I’ve sent and accept it has a problem. Having a car that you cannot drive more than 50 miles in one direction without having to look about for a recharging point which works is a joke.

    Having problems with the radio from the beginning and they said they put new software and will work. after 2 service radio stops and i did a new booking for fixing this they made next booking in 3 months time and today said my car isn’t anymore under warranty.

    The worst manufacturer I have used ever used, ordered a new car in SEP 22 was informed I would get the car in Dec 22, Dec came Jan 23 came, but still no car or any corresponence from MG. Untill I went to the dealerships to complain, they promised me my car would be here in mid FEB, now they have contacted me and say my car was Damaged during delivery and would have to be returned to China and would take another 3 months to get the car we ordered six months ago, but we Could have a white one. I will be informing Motability of the disgusting and there none existent customer service. MG Chiswick stay clear

    Bought an automatic MG ZS in October this year, worst thing I could have done , after a week or so the light came in the dash saying tyres need inflating. Tyres were all fine. Light never went off. Then the engine started losing power and STALLING yes, STALLING (automatic) every time I drove it. Called the RAC out through my warranty and they did their diagnostic check. Two tyres had rubber valves which were not reading the sensor on the tyres so the computer thought the tyres were deflated. Then another major engine fault light came on. The car even actually lost power and stalled whilst I was driving on the M25! The booklet says not to drive but seek an authorised dealer. Now, just 12 weeks after purchase it is with the MG garage. I am fuming!! The car had 14500+ miles when I purchased and FOUR previous owners, yet it’s only an 18 plate. And the radio or music would just cut out then restart each journey. For no reason. Thank you very much MG for trying to take my life!!!!

    . Gentlemen .. My name: Muhammad Khalil Amira.. from Jordan.. I gave up my dear Japanese car. Toyota Prius 2010 model. In return for buying your MG5. 2022 model only 69 days ago in Jordan.. I never expected to be so upset.. I expected to be so happy. When I fill it with zin. You only walk 480-500 km, the upper limit. And if you turn on the air conditioning in our hot time. She only walks 300-380 km as a maximum.. Other than that, the air conditioning does not push the cold air into the car. It is like air only without air conditioning. Note that our country is relatively cold and not like the neighboring Gulf countries.. The car is also very weak when going uphill. The gearshift does not respond in the correct mode sometimes. And the sound of the engine is very, very loud because the car received it without a cover for the engine. Frankly, I am very sad and very upset about my first interaction with you.. and I will not advise anyone to buy this car.. Thank you Mohamad khalil Amirah
