My friend went in here the other day with her partner the bloke was extremely rude to them not welcoming of beginners to the hobby disgusting place should be shut down need reporting to trading standards

Me and my partner went here today for some marine water we tried to ask advice about keeping marine fish as we are completely new to the hobby but the bloke was extremely rude saying if I have to explain stuff to you you shouldn't be in the hobby everyone starts somewhere would give zero stars if I could disgusting place not how you treat customers at all I will buy marine fish from other places

Brought allot of birds from different places, I bought a pair of gouldian finches from here to wake up one morning and find the male lifeless at the bottom of the cage he had no signs of sickness absolutely heart broken female is still going but isn't too good took her to vets they said she could have an hereditary condition awaiting results. I will never come back, you don't even deserve a start
