He not only communicates with me as a customer, but he also communicates well with the tenants and any other related parties. I found the work by MG London to be quality and to a high standard. Very unhappy! Me and my partner had a lot of water damage to repair, they took a very long time getting back to us, we had to keep emailing and calling to get responses after they sent the initial quote. The person my partner spoke to on the phone was very abrupt, impatient and rude - absolutely no customer service. I've also noticed in their reviews they are very dismissive and defensive, they don't seem to understand their customers or understand customer care. I'm sure ill get the same response to this review!

Very disappointed, got a quote from them and they made a few errors - had to get a second quote for flooring as damage occured after the first quote. Didn't bother to come to the flat and quoted by memory, messed up the quote by leaving out items. Submitted quote and was still incorrect, so had to ammended again. Then proceeded to get annoyed at me because they had to make amendments. They were very patronising on the phone after this, told them to take their work elsewhere The person I was dealing with was called Andy, very incompetent
