    An absolute joke from start to finish. Booked as a celebration for my nephews birthday. Our lane broke almost every time the pins reset, there were 5 people behind the counter in absolutely no rush to help, vaping openly behind the counter. After being ignored one of us had to walk down the lane to move a ball that was stuck. A member of staff was unbelievably rude to us and when we explained that no one was helping and the children just wanted to play we were shouted at. The drinks were served in dirty glasses and the lager tasted disgusting and dirty so we couldn’t drink it. After an hour and a half we still hadn’t finished the game due to the constant breaking down we asked for a refund and were told no. We eventually gave up and left, couldn’t even finish our game. The place was filthy and the staff rude and openly disrespectful. Will never go back.

    Popped in this evening at 7.55pm to make a booking. Went in to the ladies loo on the way and someone decided to lock me in the toilet! After hammering on the door, I telephoned the main number to ask them to let me out, their reply was “we were cleaning”. When the girl came and eventually let me out she said, without any apology “I didn’t know anyone was in there”, the fact that no one asked if anyone was in there was why! Thank goodness I had my phone in me! Funnily enough I won’t be making that booking!

    I will not be returning. Faulty equipment leaving a few skittles knocked down. Staff said "it's only 2 or 3 missing" this continued. I asked for a refund and was told only vouchers to return! 🤦🏻‍♀️Moved to a better Lane eventually but only for one game not the 2 I'd paid for. Investment or closure needed. Very tired bowling alley.

    The lanes are ever bumpy and a slight hill or the barriers do not work. The kitchen is never open and the staff were vaporing behind the counter. Most of the machines are not working or highly glitchy. The toilets are unclean, broken, smell and the doors don’t work. The only good thing is The music choices. I don’t recommend going here

    Would avoid booked this last week drive an hour to get there to be told they had emailed me to cancel yet no email ever received. They had 6 lanes empty and only two in use and turned us away not even an apology my son has autism. Was told that that the manager wouldn’t do anything about my complaint so not worth complaints by the staff. Place looked run down anyway. Would definitely not recommend take your family and friends to a decent establishment where they train staff properly and know how to treat people. Also where systems work I’m sure this place won’t stay open long.
