AWFUL I was warned about the family management team before I joined but couldn't believe it. It was even worse than I was told! Michael is an absolute bully. Same for Janet. Mike the founder and brains was the only decent one of them but they were doing all sorts behind his back when he was poorly in hospital. Health and safety is a joke. Pay is very poor. Laws are broken. Pressure put on everyone not to have pension scheme. Do not let anyone you care about work here. REALLY.
