I have bought a few bits from MEV Spares over the years with no issues at all. Last purchase was brake master cylinder which I couldn't get to work. Spoke with them and they asked me to return it for testing, which I did. There was nothing wrong with it it was just the way I was trying to bleed it through. They advised me of the best way to bleed it and hey presto all working. Very helpful especially considering it was user error

I ordered a part through ebay and it was faulty. Then the guy leaves me a false review saying I took my time to return it and that he refunded me the next day what a load of tosh I returned it the next day 1st class and he signed for it. He then took 5 days to refund me. The guy likes to leave nasty reviews back and think he's clever then blocks ya absolute melt oh and tried to say I broke the part when I never at all honest don't buy off him he's a proper mong

Update: I have to respond to this bad faith seller's response to my negative comment. 1/ Mev Spares claims to have responded to my requests: FALSE. They never bothered to respond to my emails, or messages on Facebook (even though my messages were read). MEV's only response was to block me on Facebook and respond in a false way to my Google comment. 2/ The fault lies with MEV Spares, who did not fulfil their Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) obligations correctly, which resulted in me having to pay VAT twice, as well as customs charges (£23.64). This seller shows rare bad faith and treats customers in an unacceptable way. **** Shameful. I have ordered from them several times but on my last order I was charged extra by customs. After checking with customs, it appeared that the seller had not correctly fulfilled his customs obligations, resulting in an additional cost to me. I contacted MEV Spares several times but received no response from them, although my messages were read... ! It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way. My advice: buy your parts from companies that have a professional conscience and offer a real after sales service.

Yes they are pathetic, I heard from the A90 club today that Kent owners are being banned from purchasing parts as they allegedly know me? I purchased an incorrect Champ head gasket last year they would not refund or give me a credit note, so I got a refund via Paypal. So I got banned from further purchases from them, more fool them as I have spent my thousands elsewhere. I have not bothered viewing my opinions, but now they are messing others about & dragging me into their issues I am. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
