I am a leaseholder of a building that Metrus have mis-managed for years, they do not follow industry processes and seek to financially rip off leaseholders with high Building insurance costs, management fees & extraordinary costs. We do not receive annual financial statements, consultations of works and they through the freeholders have illegally changed the maintenance contributions in favour of the freeholders without following the leases, we have instructed lawyers to help work through the mess created, do not use this company they represent everything that is wrong with Property management companies.
