Corporate greed, sly, exploitation and protected by lawyers. They will over charge and delay, if you try and fight it will cost you money and TIME.

I have had a hideous leak in my roof with no resolution, yet always more than happy to put the rent up! Disgraceful organisation. I have activley complained and requested involvement from my local councillor and MP.

miserable company. I have been living here for many years, and their attitude towards my customers has not changed. Pay the rent and don't ask for anything because they are not going to do anything. You won't get a call on the phone because no one answers after hours, and if they answer, they say they're going to check your question and leave you to wait until you wake up and hang up yourself. He does not respond to emails either. Rating -100 I can't help with anything else. Not a single clause of the contract is adhered to. The customer is only a source of income. The eyes of the company are like calculators, they don't care about anything except profit. Liars and cheats because they never keep their promises

Absolutely appalling service. They’re the site managers of my building and they’ve been ignoring me and my letting agency since September - all we need from them is access to the central telephone lines so my wifi can be set up. I’ve emailed, called, written formal complaints, tried to speak to someone on twitter and am consistently ignored. Thanks to them I’ve lost hundreds of pounds in wifi bills, and I can only be refunded once my wifi goes live - which is unlikely it ever will due to their negligence and unprofessionalism.
