James and his team were used to help retain heat in the store. Thermo-boarding of walls and spray foam insulation of concrete ceiling slab was recommended and undertaken. Despite some teething problems relating to equipment, the team worked hard to overcome those issues so that the job was completed. Communication was good, before, during and after the job and we were kept abreast of progress throughout. When issues did come up (as they often do) we were regularly updated with solutions and time-lines. Much appreciated

We recently had sound-proofing installed with Metropolitan Insulation on 3 party walls due to significant airborne noise between mine and my neighbours property. We had an initial consultation meeting with James in which we discussed the issue and identified options available to us and a follow-up meeting to discuss our chosen option and next steps. Work started on time as scheduled and Cristian and the team did a great job. We were able to see progression of the work each day and kept informed throughout. The team left the house clean at the end of each day and once the job was complete. We have seen a marked difference in the level of airborne noise and the work has been worthwhile

Called the company at 10am this morning to discuss soundproofing my property. Gentlemen in the store informed me that I need to speak to James, left a number and request for a call back between 12pm and 2pm as I had meetings in the morning. James called back at 8pm this evening to discuss the work. I informed him that I called this morning and did not expect a call at 8pm in the evening. James responds was "Well, I'm off for the rest of week so I call you whenever". My response was "With this type of customer service, don't bother". Didnt expect to be spoken to so abruptly when the call was at 8pm in the evening.
