Absolute Joke! I wrote an email to them. Jerry Whyte responded. This is my response back. "I don’t have a daughter, nor did I write anything about missing classes? I’m really confused as it seems like you give have basically copy and pasted whatever and wrote something that had nothing todo with the issues I’ve reported" this was in November. Yet to hear something still.

Buses never arrive on time (especially the 242) and buses that they use are too old. They don’t even manage the Sundays service for 242, how pathetic. Always makes me miss the train and have to make me wait a LONG time and it does not even come straight when I get off the train (always a 20-50 min wait). It’s always problems, problems and problems with this bus (and it’s the same for every passenger as I know they are feeling this too). You guys have failed to convince me that you can manage as your own routes (Metroline Country Routes) and I definitely think that Metroline London can do a MUCH BETTER job, it’s only the 84, 242, PB1 and the 305 that should all be run by TFL but specifically the 84 and 242 need the most help.
