This has to be the worst company I have ever tried to buy anything from. I ordered 2 springs from them over 2 months ago. The website said 2-days delivery. Nothing happened so I called and apparently the springs weren't in stock had to be ordered from Germany, but no curtesy email to let me know. I asked if there was a suitable alternative in stock, Jack said he would ring me back. Never did. Rang again for an update 2 weeks later, still in transit, again no curtesy call or email. On every occasion I was promised a phone update, but never received one. At last I was told by William that the springs were being dispatched via DPD, but when I got no delivery message from DPD I called only to be told that they had not yet received the product from Germany. So someone was not being honest, and I feel that I have just been given the run around. Had to cancel my order. 8 weeks wasted. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I called Metrol Springs, who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me identify the correct replacement struts for my van. Who knew there could be so many confusingly-named parts? Not me! But I was given so much help very speedily, and I am extremely grateful. Five stars!
