Taken a Unit at Victoria as the 100 sq ft units at Pimlico were all occupied. Impressed by the smart clean freshly painted and well lite communal areas, dry and damp free appearance. Security seems excellent as you have your own access code which together with CCTV means all persons entering are identified. I was impressed that there were no mice trap boxes considered necessary by manager as I've found in other storage I've used over the years. A minor disadvantage is that because the storage is in the basement of a multi-storey car park the access height is restricted to cars and Transit size vans. Luton type vans have to park outside car park shutter (on car park land so no risk of parking fines) and trolley items in. Our removal men knew the system and it wasn't any problem for them so I'm not reducing star rating as this isn't a fault of Metro-Storage. Overall, I was very impressed by the facilities. Only minor grip was trying to complete the contract on a smartphone was difficult and I missed providing some info. Customer service on the freephone number was very helpful and we resolved my problem by using laptop so I could see where I had missed a response.
