Great prices and easy to access. Communication was excellent the whole time. The only improvement would be extended hours, but I understand that it’s a residential area. I just need to get better at time-manage to. I didn’t ask though if it was possible to come outside of opening times, so there may have been that option as Simon and the team seemed to be very accommodating and helpful.

I was stuck in US during covid and friends kindly moved my rental flat belongings into Metro ..a storage facility i found online ...I actually rented in Pimlico area When i was eventually able to get back to UK i was pleased to see storage was exactly as advertised ..clean secure easy to access and for me a great location Simon Burnett and team were highly professional and extremely prompt in responding to my queries over last 2 years . Highly recommend this facility and have already suggested Metro to friends in London

I used the storage for 3 months while travelling and the service was great offering a good price and a discount for the first 8 weeks. The facilities are clean and easily accessible. I also had to postpone my last date several times due to a long wait for my new apartment and Metro Storage were very tolerant and flexible. Especially Laura always gave prompt replies and was very accommodating. I received a refund for the days I paid for but didn’t use the storage as well as deposit within a few days. Would definitely use their service again. Thank you!
