We had a toilet blockage at our two bed with that being the only toilet. This was fairly stressful as my wife is 7 months pregnant. I called up Metro Rod Southampton and was met by a really kind and empathetic member of staff (sorry forget her name!). Within a couple of hours Tom came and sorted us out. He was very polite, friendly, professional with loads of chat! What was really good was the fact Tom talked me through everything and showed me the issues and fixes. Not being from the area I was nervous about getting someone in, but Tom's manner really made me feel at ease. Best thing is I can use the toilet again, I feel a huge weight lifted off.......🤣

Thank you to Holly at Metrorod Southampton who swiftly booked an engineer to a blocked drain at one of the properties I manage in Winchester. Within 2 hours Tom met with me onsite, Tom was courteous, knowledgeable and had the drain cleared in no time. He explained every aspect of the job and left the site clean and tidy. Highly recommended professional company.

We had a blocked upstairs toilet (our only toilet), and contacted our insurance company, who sent a Metrorod contractor out to fix the problem. The contractor was there around an hour and left telling me he needed a stronger piece of equipment to remove a build up of scale. He promised to phone within 30 minutes and would get the toilet working that evening. He did not contact us and no one came back. About two hours later we saw water leaking through a downstairs ceiling. I checked the toilet and it had been left leaking - it had never leaked before. I contacted both the insurance company and Metrorod who had various excuses about not returning. I now have a blocked and leaking toilet and a water damaged ceiling. The contractor also left a power unit behind plugged into a socket in my young daughters bedroom and a leaking toilet. I found my four year old playing with it. Dreadful service.

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Richard and his team to help my mum out in Southampton as I am in South Wales my mum had some issues with the drains from outside garden for a blockage. I Knew Andrew from MetroRod in Reading and asked from his help and advice, as he said leave with him and he will get this sorted out. I must say the rapid support I have Richard call me up and the issue was sorted out straight away. my mother was happy and over the moon with the great customer service and support also most of all the aftercare was go good and will use them again and happy to speak to family and friends if they have any issues call MetroRod for any problems for any jobs need to sorted out. thanks top marks for this company.
