    Great experience, turned up on time and helpful and polite. Came to work out issue with blocked toilet. Managed to figure out a toilet rim cleaner had been accidentally dropped down the toilet pan. Removed toilet from wall and found item. Tidied up and job was complete within an hour.

    If i could give less i would do. Absolutley discusting management at this particular depot. Very abusive towards staff, they tell staff that they are to drag jobs out as much as possible to get more money out of customers. Expect you to work in vans that are not looked after on the inside. If you dont do them a favour when it suits them you get told its you do the favour or the doors there. Management of the depo treat you like dirt refuse to give any certificates even tho the company they were gained by tell you they have to give them you. They also take money of you for not doing van checks as well when legally they aint aloud to and especially before 7am money yet you have to do them before you drive the vechiles and they want you in early for a big job or something! There staff turn over is high as you can see is high for a reason. Worse depot to work for put me thru hell and back and caused me to go off long term sick thru bullying basically!!!

    We have used Metro Rod Manchester several times over the past few years for a recurring blocked kitchen sink which is linked to separate a waste disposal unit sink. Michael sorted it out this morning. The service he gave was excellent and troublefree. Cannot recommend both Michael and Metro Rod highly enough.

    On 13th January your team of Ben and Simon responded to our call to insurers to unblock our drains. Ben and Simon attended within the agreed timescale, which was a prompt response in itself. They were both well turned out - clean, tidy, smart and importantly courteous and friendly. I noticed that their sign-written van looked clean and smart - unusual in these days. The problem was dealt with in the almost dark with Ben and Simon keeping smiles on their face throughout. They were very helpful and left the site clean and tidy. All in all Ben and Simon are a very good advertisement for MetroRod - good ambassadors, who made one of your major competitors look second rate at best.

    Couldn't fault this company, the communication from head office was spot on and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. They made it much easier than I thought it would be. They rang to let me know when the engineer were there, did the job that was needed in a very timely manner and made sure there were no other problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Fingers crossed that we don't have to ring them again, but wouldn’t think to use anyone else if a problem arose again!

    Insurance claim, Tom told me he would be here in 10mins which he was, he isolated the problem, very quickly, very tidy, very friendly. After consultation with the insurance company, a couple of days later, Danny rang to tell me he would be here shortly, which he was. Again, repaired the toilet quickly, very tidy and very friendly. Both were very knowledgeable and informative, explaining what they had done, and shown me both the old and new parts.These guys are s credit to Metro Rod, thankyou

    We had a major problem with a blocked drain in an unadopted road, and contacted Metro Rod on the recommendation of a neighbour. Not only did they do the job (and we know it's worked as its rained heavily since without further problems!), but they attended promptly, and all their staff were really helpful, both in terms of making arrangements, completing the job and following up afterwards. Highly recommended!
