    I have been living in the UK for several years as a foreigner and have met many landlords and agents. But I've never seen such a rude and unprofessional like this lettings. If you are going to view the property here or sign a contract, I can say for sure you will regret it and waste your time. Ps. They will rate you after viewing as very slow and rude. I hope don’t waste your time.

    This has got to be one of the worst landlords I have ever experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. To start, they falsely advertised the flat with integrated appliances. Only to rip them out right before I moved in causing the kitchen to flood and leaving me without a dishwasher or washing machine for 4 MONTHS.It took getting a solicitor involved for them to put the appliances back in after threats of legal procedings They have one contractor who is responsible for maintaining most of their properties meaning work very rarely gets done. I've been requesting repairs for flood and water damage for over 8 months now. The ropewalk property is a mess and massively overpriced considering the quality of the building. We have had a myriad of issues. The underground carpark was filled with RAW sewage that took 3 weeks for them to even send someone round. There is almost constant construction work and the building is full of loud selfish students that throw up in the lifts and corridoors. I'm bascially paying £850 a month for bottom barrel student halls and the rental listings are advertised as professionals only. Please, for the sake of your sanity and finances, Avoid metro properties like the plague.
