Had a leak which was not known in our new build. Called and Mike came out to us on a Sunday afternoon. Best customer service ever. I totally recommend this company and Mike if he is in your area. His service was excellent and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. He was polite and didn’t mind the dogs. He found the leak within 2 mins and quickly fixed it. Mike and Danny came to our property to support us with a few plumbing issues after a leak. They fixed all the problems, will at my house I showed them an issue with the water pressure to our kitchen sink. Mike suggested something called a tap boost, after showing me a video on how it worked we agreed a reasonable cost and he headed off to purchase one. Within an hour the job was done and I had a Salamander Tap Boost fitted. All in all a great team that I will be definitely using again! They even hoovered up when they left.
