Cannot recommend Greg and the team at Metro physio enough. Greg was helping my son regain strength and mobility following a sustained period of inactivity and assisted in identifying a further underlying condition. This was pivotal in my sons recovery and came about because he really listened him and pointed us in the right direction for further diagnosis. I also attended Greg's clinic to help manage ongoing sciatica issues. The treatment and ongoing care is first class.

I can't recommend this enough, they are brilliant. After every session, a full exercise programme is emailed to you. They are concerned about your mental health as well as treating your injury, so they also have ideas to help with that. It's a completely safe environment under the current circumstances, I recommend them 100%.

I visited recently due to pain & swelling in my index finger, related to playing a stringed instrument. The examination of my hand was very thorough and reassuring , and although it was a difficult problem not suitable for just physiotherapy, I was given a set of exercises to do to keep the joints mobile and flexible which have been great, and was advised to go back to my GP and request an urgent Ultrasound scan (my GP had only requested X-ray initially). I did this and it fast tracked my scan/treatment and reduced waiting time at NHS Orthopaedics, If I had not visited Metro Physio I would be still waiting! Well recommended.
