We booked metro mini cab to Heatrow. The call center wanted us to pay before the cab arrived. We asked them why we pay before we actually have a driver. They agreed we can pay when the driver shows up. Obviously no driver showed up and we had to call them.. in the end we took an Uber, just glad it was like a 10am drive.

I use Metro Express regularly, and have never been let down. Their drivers are friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I had to get to Potters Bar Community Hospital, on a freezing, snowy day, and my driver, Salah, could not have been kinder or better company on the 45 minute drive. I am 81 and unsteady on my feet, so he let me link his arm while getting to the car. By the end of the journey, we felt as if we were family! A respectful, generous and skillful driver.
