    Terrible room with tiny size restroom and poor shower drainage. All the heaters are not really working during the cold weather with rain. Poor management team, never response to the emails and phone call.

    The only good point was the location, for all the rest the room was terrible! First of all the room was really dirty, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months: there were hair and dust on the floor. The cups for the coffee were very dirty in the inside, you could literally scratch the dirt with your hand! Last but not least, despite I paid for a double room we only found a set of towels (one small and one big), so the first night my girlfriend and I had to share the same body towel. I immediately contacted the host to ask for more towels and the host told us that they would have been delivered the following day. The next day after seeing no towels I tried to contact the host 3 times to ask again for the towels but nobody answered me! At the end we had to share one towel for all our stay of 3 days! This is crazy!! And there wasn’t even a towel for the bathroom floor. The picture may look nice but I can definitely assure you that the place is totally not worth the cost.

    It was a peaceful holiday for 2 nights. Nothing to worry about! Heating works and the bathroom is clean. Most importantly it has a fridge and it'll be perfect if you can provide a microwave. Highly recommended that compared to other hotels, its cheaper.

    We stayed here in 2016. Alex was very helpful however Zoe was very inconsiderate when it came to coming into the office in the middle of the night and stomping around, the office was right above our head. Plus she would do laundry in the middle of the night which was right outside our window. Also when we showed up to check in no one was even there and had to keep calling them to even get in. I was panicked that we wouldn't even have a place to stay. The house was beautiful and our room was perfect. But the hosts were not helpful at all so I would never use this management company again.

    Terrible service, we booked 5 months ago for a quite reasonable price and our booking was cancelled a month before our trip when all accommodations were way less affordable. I reckon this was due the price rise season as they could obtain a higher economical benefit by renting it for a higher price. Not happy.

    Had a planned arrival time. Arrived - no one in sight, we didn't even know how to get in as the instructions for the electronic locks were not sent (we had the code but there was a way to enter it). We managed to get inside the front door but there was no one there for an hour and a half after this to let us in to our room. We were told to leave our bags in the hallway outside our room, but we didn't want to in a communal area and they didn't even tell us which number flat we were in. Eventually turned up around 4pm, room hadn't been cleaned yet, but atleast we could leave our bags in a safe place. Lost two hours of our day and a booking at a local attraction. Rooms were okay. Cleanliness average. Looked like the photos, but very tired, in need of repairs and a spot of paint. Lots of broken things. Not enough plates /cutlery for four people. Second night there was a huge bang from downstairs, a few minutes later the police were hammering on our door looking for a suspect. Scary for the children, no idea how they got inside the front door. Zoe kept changing the door codes and texting them to the person who booked the room which made it confusing and risky after a long day out at London with low phone battery and when we separated as a group. On the last day we checked before we left and found keys, sex toys and lube in the drawer next to the bed! Location is okay. But wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of communication and cleanliness. It said there was a manned reception, but it's not. It's a room by the front door and no one inside.
