After waiting over 6 months for 2 machine which were 3 months late passed the delivery date. I found out by accident their back office subscription charge went from £200 a year to over £2000 a year which was not stated in any quotation. After being with metric for over 34 years we have never felt so disappointed and mislead. After being offered sweeteners we felt even more angry. We had no choice but to cancel the order. Looking back over the passed 10 years the level of service has dropped. We went to IPS and they delivered 2 machines within 3 weeks of order and will be fully installed and commissioned on on the 4th week.

Avoid avoid avoid ! Terrible customer service been waiting weeks for a new barrier and with no control over access tried numerous times to contact for a update was told on several occasions it would be this week and now 2 weeks later I’m being past from pillar to post hung up on and the last too times sent to answer machine I’ve been nothing but polite and patient and to be treated this way is unprofessional and time wasting avoid this company at all costs there are far more reputable businesses out there !
