I only come in for odd printing jobs and often feel bad because they are really small jobs, like a couple of pages or some scans (I don’t have a printer at home) but every single time they are friendly efficient and more than happy to help, and the printing / scanning I’ve had done is always to high standard. Also a nice selection of stationary, pens etc. so pleased to have Meto around the corner.

Just got shouted out of the shop because we were enquiring about the different types of paper we could print on. Incredibly unprofessional. In response to the reply, we are a customer. We come in and ask for Ivory coloured paper. You do not have what we want so we start going through the options of what you do have (bearing in mind that we are not experts on paper). Is there anything wrong with that? Well, for this sop that means that the owner starts shouting at you and telling you to get out of his shop. We sent you what you asked us to send via email and whatsapp. Those are the methods that you have for sending documentation. If you think it is a waste of your time, as a printing shop serving the public, to answer basic questions about types of paper and finishes then I'm not sure that you are fit to run a service
