FAQ

What is your process for sourcing and selecting the coffee beans you roast?

At Method Coffee Roasters, we take pride in sourcing high-quality coffee beans directly from farmers and co-ops around the world. We prioritize relationships with growers who use sustainable and ethical farming practices. Our team carefully selects the beans based on their flavor profile and traceability, ensuring that we only roast the best of the best.

What types of roasts do you offer and how are they different?

We offer a variety of roasts to suit every taste preference. Our roasts range from light to dark and everything in between. Our light roasts tend to be brighter and more acidic, while our dark roasts are richer and more full-bodied. We also offer medium roasts, which strike a balance between the two. Each of our roasts has a unique flavor profile, so we encourage customers to try them all to find their favorite.

Can you provide information on the flavor profile of your various roasts?

Absolutely! Our light roasts tend to have fruity and floral notes, with a bright acidity. Our medium roasts are more balanced, with notes of chocolate and caramel. Our dark roasts are rich and full-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate and smoky undertones. Of course, these are just generalizations - each roast is unique and has its own nuanced flavor profile.

What is your pricing structure for wholesale and retail customers?

Our pricing varies depending on the quantity and type of beans being purchased. We offer competitive pricing for both wholesale and retail customers, and are always happy to work with businesses to create a pricing plan that works for them. Please reach out to us directly for more information on pricing.

Do you offer any additional services, such as training or consultation?

Yes! We are passionate about coffee and love to share our knowledge with others. We offer training and consultation services for both individuals and businesses. Our team can provide guidance on anything from brewing methods to equipment selection to menu development. Please reach out to us directly for more information on our services.

Some of the best espresso I've ever had, and the only place I had Pasteis de Nata as good as back home in Portugal. Truly recommend! Only wish it would ship coffee for outside the UK...

Best coffee in Worcester, hands down. In fact, probably the beat coffee, period.

(Translated by Google) A beautiful idea for a coffee shop with a roastery. It could be more open, but they probably like it that way 😉 Dogs welcome. (Original) Krásný nápad pro místo na kavárnu s pražírnou. Mohlo by být více otevřeno, ale asi jim to tak vyhovuje 😉 Pejsci vítáni.

Some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. They've got an amazing Kenyan Kii V60 thing going at the mo that is super-interesting. It's got a really specific, familiar nose. Took me a while to get it. It's the tomato puree-based pasta sauce I used to make when I was a student (1000 years ago). Taste is big tomato fruitiness too. They've got great beans for sale also. Just wish they were open more and later. I finish work at 4, just when they shut.

I've tried Method on many occasions as my friend raves about it. I've been drinking coffee for 30 years and I know a good one from a bad one. I want to like this style of coffee but to me it's not what coffee is about. I ask every time I go in there for my preference (strong full bodied coffee) rather than the usual acidic, bitter tea coloured offering. Each time a different barista confidently assures me they know exactly what I mean and promise a coffee to my taste. Yet they all taste and look the same. 'rusty water'! Otherwise the staff are great and it's a lovely space with awesome view of their roastery equipment. Shame they can't just have some 'proper' coffee for the few of us who know what we like rather than following the trend
