    Absolutely terrible. First time buyer. After waiting 5 days for my order, I chased where it was. A few days later they reply to say 'for some reason you have rejected the packet and will have to wait for packet to come back to us'- well, that's not true and don't appreciate such an unprofessional email. I then get an email to say they had written the wrong door number and will send out on 24 hour service, meaning I should of received it today. Just received a refund notification while I've been waiting here for my order. 9 days waiting with a accusatory email sent and a lie promising my order would be here next day. I got no response when I replied to say why would I reject own order and why would I then chase it and to make sure you check the details over before accusing customers. Happy to support professional businesses that show humility and care about the customer experience- this isn't one of them. Don't bother, because these cowboys clearly don't care and during a pandemic where businesses are trying to stay operating, you would think they would make an effort. ****No emails sent since refund, no voicemails left as they say below and still no order- utter madness***
