Agree with other reviews on here. I took my elderly father's old Ford Fiesta to be scrapped because it was at the end of its life. They only offered and paid £15 for the whole vehicle! When asked if that was the best price I was told to "go elsewhere if you don't like it". This was the first time I used this place, and it has been the last, and will remain so; instead I'll take the chap's advice and "go elsewhere" for any of my future scrappy needs and I recommend others do to - I'm sure the majority of other metal dealers would offer a more realist price and better customer service rather than the aggressive tone adopted throughout my visit to this place. Conversely, when having to clear my father's house out I was also looking to hire a skip, and this company would have been ideal as they also offer such a service, but my decision to "go elsewhere" was taken swiftly, thus losing this company further business. Moral of my experience: You'll only get chance to rip-off people once, and over time you're the one losing any repeat business a customer may offer. It's a business model I wouldn't touch with a barge pole and full of flaws.
